If the game spawns multiple pickups but the rest disappear after one is taken, an additional clone of the taken item is spawned.

Causes some newly generated pickups have a 5% chance to be replaced with rarer variants:
• Any heart other than Eternal Hearts/ Black Hearts/ Bone Hearts/ Gold Hearts will be replaced with one of those hearts.
• Any coin other than Lucky Pennies/ Golden Pennies will be replaced with one of those coins.
• Any bomb other than Giga Bombs/ Golden Bombs will be replaced with one of those bombs.
• Any key other than Charged Keys/ Golden Keys will be replaced with one of those keys.
• Any battery other than Mega Batteries/ Golden Batteries will be replaced with one of those batteries.
• Any pill will be replaced with their golden variant.
